At WildLights, we strive to provide high-quality HDRI products for our customers. While we generally do not offer refunds on digital products, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any unexpected issues that may arise with our files.
General Refund Policy
Refunds for digital products are generally not allowed unless an unexpected issue is present in the purchased HDRI file.
- If WildLights determines that a purchased file or its delivery method is defective, the customer may choose between a refund or a corrected version of the file, if possible.
- If the purchased file is deemed correct by WildLights, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Reporting Issues
To report issues with a purchased HDRI, customers must:

Report the issue within 30 days of purchase.

Provide sufficient details for WildLights to assess the situation. If necessary, screenshots or additional evidence can be submitted via email following initial contact through the form.
Resolution Process
If a purchased file is found to be defective:

A replacement, correction, or refund will be offered, based on the customer’s preference.

If the defective file cannot be fixed but the customer wishes to keep it, a partial refund or store credit may be issued as compensation.

WildLights reserves the sole right to evaluate whether a reported issue qualifies for a refund or resolution.
Free Sample Policy
To help customers evaluate products before purchasing:

Each HDRI file on the site is available as a low-resolution, watermarked free sample.

Customers are strongly encouraged to test these free samples to ensure product suitability.

Additionally, free high-resolution HDRI files are available on the site to showcase the kind of quality that can be expected from WildLights’ HDRI products. These are watermark-free and fall under the same licensing conditions as purchased files.
Communication Channels

All issues should be reported via the Contact Us form on the WildLights website.

Customers can expect a response to inquiries within 24 hours of form submission.
Exceptions

Violation of the licensing terms or the terms and conditions of use will result in an automatic refusal of any reported issues or refund requests.

Refunds are not contingent on whether the purchased file has been used. All HDRI files are considered downloaded and utilized as soon as they are purchased.
Additional Information

For bundles or the complete HDRI collection, issues will be treated on a per-file basis. Files with issues may be corrected or refunded proportionally based on the bundle’s price and file count.

Refunds for the entire bundle or collection will not be issued unless the entirety of the purchase is defective.

Exceptional requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis. WildLights will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests.
